Identification Required for Notarization:

Michigan law requires that a signer be identified either by personal knowledge or one or more of the following Identification documents. All must be current.

• State-issued Driver’s License

• State-issued Identification Card

• U.S  Passport

• Foreign Passport

• Certificate of United States Citizenship

• Alien Registration Card with photograph

• United State Military Identification Card
